3. A Life-Changing Book: The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod

Really though, if you read this book and follow the protocol, your life will be changed. He tells his own story of how he overcame his depression and unsuccessful life and turned himself into a happy and self-fulfilled man all by implementing the morning routine we now call ‘The Miracle Morning.’

It’s sort of amazing when we take the time to read a book, see something in text, and realize how incredibly lacking we are in self-care and self-development. For example, we hate getting up in the morning, yet we press snooze and go through that process of waking up over and over again.

Buy the book here.

4. The Best Task Management System: Asana

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a student, or a busy mom on-the-go, Asana can help you organize all of your tasks and deadlines. Asana is free to use and allows you to assign tasks to yourself or others, give deadlines, and separate things out into projects.

If you’re looking for a system that helps you stay on top of things and gives you the accountability factor you need by setting deadlines, then Asana is for you. You can use it as an app or on your laptop!

5. The Best Self-Care Apps (Because Sometimes We Need A Little Extra Push)

WaterMinder

Everyone tells us to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but let’s be real. it never happens. We can add all the lemon or fruit into our water, but that still doesn’t help us remember to drink. The WaterMinder app reminds you to drink water, tracks your intake, and awards achievements based on your water habits. We all know the importance of hydration. It really just boils down to remembering to actually do it.

So, what can it hurt? Download the WaterMinder app here.

BrainWave: 35 Binaural Series™

This app is no joke. If you don’t know about brain waves and its effects, here’s a snippet from their app description:

“As you listen, your own brainwaves fall into step with this inaudible beat, and after a few minutes synchronize with the target brainwave frequency. Brain Wave’s 35 programs layer these binaural sequences into multi-stage sessions that have helped thousands of people focus and concentrate, feel positive and motivated, and sleep more soundly.” – BrainWave app

Pair this app with relaxing music, or even your own iTunes music and experience the benefits without even realizing it! Try it here.

So, probably the hardest part of exercise is finding the time to stick with it, right?? Well, this girl is a genius and she’s good at what she does. She has videos on here as short as 5 minutes. We all have 5 minutes we can dedicate, right!?

She has a free 30-day yoga journey that includes daily emails and of course, motivation for us to keep going. You can view her on Youtube or head straight to her website to sign up for the free 30-day yoga journey.
